This is a medal of Goofy's head.

Here are some pictures from the races last month.  I've moved on from the Disney races and have designed a new plan to improve my speed and strength.  The pictures are from both the half marathon on Saturday, January 7th and the full marathon on the 8th.  It was a great event, and now that I have some perspective I feel even better about it.
